What is new indeed! For starters, Classe365 has officially become the 13th \u201cbest\u201d cloud based student information system worldwide!<\/a> This is a feat that we are truly proud of. We have our subscribers to thank for getting us this far. And, what better way is there to thank them than introducing some new, unique and powerful features to the Classe365\u2019s arsenal of education management tools and to make life at your institution easier than ever before.<\/p>\n

1. INTRODUCING THE E-COMMERCE MODULE<\/span><\/h3>\n

Classe365 stands out from the rest by introducing a platform for creating and managing an online store. Institutions can now sell any product, ranging from books to clothing, to all affiliated with the institute. Adding products, Managing transactions, and administering sales is easy with the E-commerce module.<\/p>\n

2. INTRODUCING SOCIAL LEARNING \u2013 A PRIVATE SOCIAL NETWORK<\/span><\/h3>\n

Everyone these days just loves social networking sites, like Facebook and twitter. So, why not incorporate the idea of social networking – in education. The result is a process called Social Learning. Classe365 now provides a social learning platform for students and teachers of the institution to share their thoughts. Through Social learning, people can interact, like in social networking, and also learn something in the process, forming stronger bonds within the institution.<\/p>\n

Teachers also don’t lose fifteen minutes every session just to get the entire class logged in to an application. This single login ensures that students still retain the experience of \u201clogging in\u201d, but without wasting time.<\/p>\n

1. MODIFY INPUT FORMS EASILY WITH CUSTOM INPUT FORMS<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0The Student and Teacher module now includes a drag and drop method to add any custom fields, not already provided in the default layout form. So, the Administrators can take a breather while formatting Student and Teacher admission forms.<\/p>\n

\u00a02. EFFICIENT TEACHER AND STUDENT ENTRIES WITH BULK UPLOAD<\/span><\/h3>\n

\u00a0If there are, say a thousand students\/teachers in the institution, instead of adding student or teacher information individually, Classe365 now allows you to import Students and Teacher databases in CSV or Excel format. This saves a lot of time in setting up your institution.<\/p>\n

\u00a03. MANAGE EVENTS EFFICIENTLY<\/span><\/h3>\n

I\u2019m sure every student, including myself, can be a \u2018little\u2019 carless at times, and sometimes – not so \u2018little\u2019. They would be like : \u201cOh no! I thought we had the Physics test today, not Biology!\u201d or \u201cI forgot to do the Math assignment that we were told a month ago. Now it\u2019s due tomorrow! what do I do??\u201d. With Classe365 around, here is what you should do: nothing. As long as the event has been noted in the \u201cEvents Module\u201d, it acts as an online planner, sending you notifications of an upcoming event to ensure that you are always on time.<\/p>\n

Yup, you heard it right! Classe365\u2019s portability will be taken to the mobile level. So, institution details can be managed easily on a phone. You can expect to see the classe365 IOS and Android App this August.<\/p>\n

Cloud based student information systems, such as Classe365, already help improve classroom interactions between students and teachers.
