Classe365 ranked 61st in the APAC High Growth Companies Rankings by Financial Times

Sydney: Sydney-based edtech company Classe365 has secured 61st position among 2021 Asia-Pacific (APAC) High-Growth Companies rankings released by Financial Times. In the rankings, the company secured 5th position under ‘education’ category and 12th position among the companies represented from Australia.

Founded in 2013, Classe365 is an education management platform that provides everything needed to manage any type of educational institution. The company offers unified administration and learning tools to manage the entire student lifecycle: from the admission stage until they become an alumnus.

Speaking about the recent recognition, co-founder and head of customer acquisition and growth Nandan Keerthi said that it was satisfying especially considering the challenging circumstances over the last one year. “We’re very happy with the recent recognitions. Unlike anytime in the past, online learning and online student management have been an absolute necessity for all kinds of educational institutions over the last 12 to 14 months. We have had to work non-stop over the last one year due to the increase in demand, but what makes it highly rewarding is that we have been able to serve educational institutions at the time they needed the most,” he mentioned. During the peak of the outbreak, Classe365 provided offers and financial flexibility for the customers and had an average of 6 million people using our platform every day.

Reflecting further on Classe365 Financial Times rankings, Mr. Keerthi opined that he was happy with the performance of companies from Sydney. “I think we are the third most represented city in the list next to Tokyo and Singapore. Big credit goes to the local government and polices to support growing companies like us. This will definitely serve as a motivation for aspiring entrepreneurs and innovators,” he said.

Classe365 has overall had a very good year. Earlier, in January, featured and participated in an edtech event ‘Global Summit Series I China’. Classe365 was selected as one of the six most innovative companies from NSW and the event was sponsored by NSW Government, Alibaba Group, Global NSW, and Future Learn. Aside from this, the company was ranked in the Top 50 EdTech companies in ANZ by HolonIQ.

Classe365 currently has 5,500+ customers across 130 countries and caters to almost 4mn users on a daily basis. The company strongly believes that a good edtech product can find its use beyond just educational institutions. The belief has been proved right as the product is used not only by K-12 schools, colleges, universities, and academics, but also by government bodies, corporate firms, NGOs, and more. In fact, aside from prestigious educational institutions like Johns Hopkins University that use Classe365’s multiple solutions, the United States Air Force uses Classe365’s Learning Management System to provide virtual weapons for its cadets while PricewaterhouseCoopers uses the platform’s evaluation analytics feature.
