Absolutely. We never lock you in, and we make sure it's easy to get your data out of Classe365.
It is easy to export all data from Classe365. You can easily download all your institution information by going to settings and import/export section. Here you can export all your data to a csv/excel file.
Getting your school data into the Classe365 is just a few clicks and will not take any more than 5-10 mins (literally!) to upload any number of students, teachers and other school information. Our easy excel template based upload enables you to organise and upload all your school data in minutes.
Yes, we work with PayPal! We are soon integrating our system with many other payment gateways local to your country. Keep an eye out.
You don't need any software or hardware to run Classe365. All you need is a Web browser that can support HTML5 such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer (IE 9 and above).
Yes, of course. We provide technical support, dataas well as on boarding support to assist you with any problems you may face in using Classe365. Support is provided throughout the week by email (support@classe365.com), by phone as well as live chat anytime during weekdays. This is absolutely free of charge.
We have built our interface that is intuitive and easy to understand from the start. There are training videos in help and support section explaining using of various modules. If you require further training, we are happy to provide training to your staff via online meetings. Initial couple of training is absolutely free (no hard and fast rule). We believe in train the trainer, and like to get an evangelist within your institution who can understand and drive adoption of our system.
The only fees that you pay are core module fees and any add-on modules that you want. We have designed our pricing module so you only pay for modules that you use and not pay for unnecessary modules that you don't use. Our core modules start from $50/month for 100 students. Our add-on modules are just $50/month for unlimited students. Everything is included with that price, including access to online training materials and support. No, your institution may have purchased this service. If any payment, your institution will cover the cost. Certain education apps can be bought from the Classe365 App market. In this case the apps are paid by individual student, teacher or parent.
No, there are no hidden fees of using the service from Classe365.
Your education institution is provided with unique web address Eg:http://Your-Institutioin.classe365.com. Please contact your administrator to confirm this web address. Normally this is also linked from your institution home page.
Login information is generated at the time of set-up of your account by the institution administrator. Initial login information is sent by email or SMS. Please contact your administrator to resend this information.
Please use forgot password link to reset your password. The instruction to reset your password is sent either by email or SMS depending on your account set-up by your administrator.
You will need to contact your administrator to resend the password information. We always recommend to keep your profile information current as this this is used to communicate important information. You can change these information from the edit profile section.
Please check if your mobile address is correct in the profile section of the page. If it is valid and you still are not receiving SMS, please contact your system administrator. This may be due to global SMS module and account set-up.
You can easily correct any incorrect information by simply going to the edit profile section after logging.
The system only shows information that is entered from teachers or administrators. If you think the information is incorrect, either please contact your subject instructor or administrator.
Please contact your system administrator about the incorrect information. Teachers or administrators can easily make changes to the system if its incorrect.
Your details can be easily edited either by yourself or the administrators. It is always recommended to keep your address, phone and personal information current, so your institutions can be in touch with you when required.
You can pay with all major credit cards, and your subscription amount (if any) will appear on your monthly credit card statement. You will receive an email message when your invoice is ready to be viewed and, if a purchase order (PO) number is entered when you buy your subscription that number is included in your invoice.
All your information is private, student cannot see each other profile. Teachers are able to add, edit or delete their subject related information.
Your data is yours and the education institution had full control over this. If the institution decide to cancel your subscription, administrators can download from the data from relevant sections. All data can be download in comma separated csv files, and saved to another location. Please note that you should save your data before you cancel. After you cancel your subscription, data associated with your account will be purged unavailable.
We use defence level security and privacy measures. All information is securely transmitted via the latest encryption and decryption technologies. Your information are safe and secure at all time.
