Is the pricing only based on student numbers?

Yes, our pricing is purely based on number of students. You can have unlimited teachers, students and parents or companies managed from the platform.

Not all my students are active, do alumni or inactive students count as a license?

An active student is any member of your education institution who is enrolled in any of your current courses. If the students are not enrolled in any course, you'll have the option to transfer the student to alumni/Inactive module. Note that you'll need add Alumni Module to manage inactive or alumni students.

How does the free trial work?

It’s simple: you’ll create your account and add as many students as you’d like. You'll have full access to all our modules for 15 days. There’s no risk, no obligation and no credit card required. You can cancel your account at any time.

Can I add or remove modules whenever I want?

Yes, you can remove any Add-on modules or the Core module at any point of time during the subscription.

Is there any cost if I want to customise the Classe365 platform?

Classe365 is built to cater for the majority of education institution requirements. If you have a request for customisation, then we be happy to discuss this with you and would assess on a case by case basis. Contact support@classe365.com to discuss more.

Are there are set-up charges?

There is no setup fee. However, if you require personalised on-boarding and data migration assistance, either our on-boarding team or many of our implementation partners can set up Classe365 for you for a fee. Email support@classe365.com for further details.
